A quick post before I’m offline for the day.  I sewed enough with my featherweight to know it sewed a perfectly straight stitch and then I spent the rest of the day with the family.  I didn’t even start the Splendid Sampler block for Sunday, no prep work for the Bloom block of the week.

I did finish hand sewing the 6th Lucy block that I have cut out so far.  Some of them aren’t laying perfectly straight so a couple of them look a little wonky here but you get the general idea at least.  These will eventually be joined together with sashing that uses these same size templates but I’ll wait until I have 20 or so done and I have a feel of what color would look best for that.
