I like to road test the quilt top before quilting, just to make sure that it is the size I think it’s going to end up. Thank goodness this one fits on the queen bed in our daughter’s bedroom. I loaded the quilt bottom and batting before I ran out of time for the day. I’d like to at least get this one basted this week before I switch gears to piecing the next quilt.
